How to Schedule an Email in Gmail !

In this article of mine, I am going to talk about an amazing Google Chrome Extension that will not only allow you to schedule an email to send later, but also provide you some other amazing options to customize your Email service. The Extension name is "The Top Inbox for Gmail" and you guys can easily add it to your chrome browser by simply visiting Chrome Web Store of by simply clicking this link here. 

This extension not only will help you in scheduling your mail but will also let you know whether the recipient of your email have opened the mail or not. This extension also allows you to schedule a follow-up message, the follow-up message will be sent automatically to the user if he/she doesn't open the email within the set time span.For example, if the recipient of your email hasn't opened the mail in two days then the already set follow-up message will be delivered to him/her just to remind them and this can really help in getting your email read by them.

Once you install the extension on your Chrome Browser, you need to open your Gmail Account and then need to click on the compose email button there you will see a Send Later button along with the traditional send button of Gmail. You need to click on this Send Later button to schedule your mail and there you can also see an eye icon you need to turn it on to keep on tracking whether the recipient opened the sent mail or not, this is an amazing feature to get the surety that your email has been read. 

For the very first time when you click on the Send Later button, a new window will open and there Gmail will ask you to allow access to this extension and you simply need to click on allow as we need to provide permission to third party apps and then once you click on the Send Later button you will see the following window popping up.Here you can select the time when the mail should be sent to the added recipient. 

And in order to create follow-up message you need to click on the double arrow icon the third icon from the Send Later button. Once you click on it, you will see the following window popping-up. Here you can select the already available follow-up message or you can also create your own.
