  • As we all know that for getting started with an android phone, we need a Gmail account and we provide the credentials of one of our already existing Gmail account at the time of setting up our android phone, or we create a new one. This Gmail account maintains the information regarding our android phone completely, what is our phone IMEI number, what its model name, the mobile operator we are using and so on.

  • Just Open your laptop or computer, you can use another mobile phone as well and go to the browser and search for Android Device Manager, it will ask you to log in to your Gmail Account, make sure to enter the same Gmail account that you are using in your android smartphone.Android Device Manager app is also available in PlayStore but if you misplace the same phone where the app is installed you won't be able to use it.

  • After Successful login, you will see the Android Device Manager Home page and your device location you can see from here, there are other option as well, like you can make a ring to your phone from here that will help you to find your phone if it is hidden somewhere near you, and don't worry irrespective of whether your phone is in general mode or not, it will ring.
