India's Influential Young Entrepreneurs .

Entrepreneurs aren't made they are born.The way they speak the way they think and they express their ideas is completely different from others.There are a large number of Entrepreneurs in India that have started their companies and startup with the vision of achieving success and wanted to see themselves standing in a completely different league from others.The main intention of writing this article is to provide an inside story about these peoples and how they just focus on their goals irrespective of all of the hurdles that came their way while chasing their dreams.

One question that comes to my mind is that what are the things that make them completely apart from others and what they do differently, The Conclusion that I got is their out of box thinking, their analysis and projection techniques and their execution style in parallel to their leadership skills are the qualities that make them different from common people.

• Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal(FLIPKART): Everyone knows about Flipkart the e-commerce sites that is considered to be the biggest e-commerce site in our country. It was founded by Sachin and Binny Bansal in the year 2007 headquartered in Bengaluru Karnataka.Sachin and Binny Bansal are not related to each other, both alumni of the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, they worked for Amazon.com and left the company to start their own company, The first product they sold was the book Leaving Microsoft To Change The World to a customer from Hyderabad.Flipkart now employs more than 33,000 people.





• Vijay Shekhar Sharma(PAYTM): We all have heard about Paytm and have immensely used it for doing our recharges early on and nowadays for booking traveling tickets, booking movie tickets or even shopping can be done via PAYTM.But how many of know about the story of its CEO Mr.Vijay Shekhar Sharma, I was reading his story somewhere, and would you believe he used to live in a rented house and in order to skip the rent and the landlord he used to enter the home at night and used to leave the home in the early morning.Although his landlord was a sober man who used to advise him to do some job rather than spending his time on his idea.PAYTM was started in 2010 under its parent company one97 communications.





• Bhavish Aggarwal and Ankit Bhati(OLA): Ola cabs have completely revolutionalized the way we travel, rather than waiting for auto and taxis and then fighting over the fare, ola cabs gave us the interface of booking a cab very conveniently and reach to our destination rather smoothly. Ola initially started off as Olatrip.com, it was a website that offered package weekend trips.In the early days of the company Bhavish and Ankit used to do most of the work by themselves only starting the company from a small flat, Bhavish used to even photographing for drivers and also providing customer support and Ankit used to code for days and days.There was also an incident when the driver didn't show up and Bhavish himself driven a car to drop off the customer, that much dedicated they were for their dreams.





• Ritesh Agarwal(OYO ROOMS): Ritesh Agarwal is a college drop out who was preparing for IIT entrance in Kota Rajasthan is basically from Odisha. Ritesh's OYO ROOMS today heads among the most valuable start-up by a person who never studied beyond school. Ritesh started his entrepreneurial journey when he was 17 years old. He dropped out of college and launched his first start‐up Oravel Stays Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2012. Oravel was designed as a platform to enable listing and booking of budget accommodation. Being an avid traveler, he soon realized that the budget hospitality sector lacked predictability. Therefore, he pivoted Oravel to OYO Rooms in 2013 with the key proposition of offering affordable and standardized accommodation.
