A company named Renowt has come with the world's cheapest 4G SmartPhone at Rs 156 only. I mean what, Ringing Bells were offering a smartphone at Rs 251 and this company has gone one step further and offering a phone at Rs 156 only.Ulefone U007 Pro is the name of the phone and the company has started its pre-booking on their website @www.renowt.com.
The company is claiming that they are doing this to support the digital India campaign and they are also saying that they will deliver the phone on or before 30 November 2017.
When I visited the Website yesterday there were numbers of spelling mistakes they have written order as oder and the spelling of Name was Nmae, which is quite a proof that someone has created this website in a hurry and their sole purpose is to do fraud with the people out there and earn lots and lots of money, It seems like they have taken a leaf out of Ringing Bells Notebook itself.The company was asking for payment via PayUMoney and after filling the details the next step was to pay money either by cards or by other payment modes.
Today the company website is showing that Pre-Order are closed, earlier was open till the 28 of February, I guess as most of the people started reporting their website they have stopped the advertisement of the cheapest 4G phone and now have displayed a message that pre-order closed and product will be delivered on or before 30 November 2017. In this Message also the spelling of Delivered is incorrect.
My only intention of writing this article is to make you guys aware of these kinds of scams and not to fall for this kind of advertisements over the web, cause this kind of websites got created for looting people only and the people who are not aware of them simply fell into the trap and become a victim of online scam.
